Robert L. Gardana, Miami

Robert L. Gardana is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Admiralty & Maritime Law. He is admitted to  Florida United States District Courts, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. He is an AV peer-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He is Chair of the ABA-TIPS Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee (2018-2019) and Past Chair of the Florida Bar Admiralty Law Committee (2017-2018). He is a Proctor in Admiralty of the Maritime Law Association of the United States. He holds a USCG Master License and is the founder of Robert L. Gardana, PA, in Miami.



 Frank J. Sioli is a founding member and serves as Chief Strategic Officer with Sioli Alexander Pino. Mr. Sioli has been practicing in the Admiralty/Maritime, Insurance, and Commercial Transactions-Litigation fields for over 20 years. Mr. Sioli has also earned the distinction of being Board Certified in Admiralty & Maritime Law. Throughout his career, he has successfully mentored scores of attorneys, and is thrilled to be practicing with the best.  



Stephanie A. Propsom is admitted to the Wisconsin Bar and is in-house counsel at  Fincantieri Marine Group, LLC.  She practices in the area of Maritime Law and focuses her time on shipbuilding contracts, labor matters, and negotiations.  Ms. Propsom is a vice-chair of the ABA-TIPS Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee and is a Proctor in Admiralty of the Maritime Law Association of the United States. 



David B. Sharpe is a Shareholder for Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard's New Orleans office. David focuses on marine insurance coverage; marine finance and vessel documentation; bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors’ rights; admiralty and maritime; and international and cross-border law.   David negotiates and litigates contracts for both vessel owners and charterers. He also teaches Towage & Offshore Services at Tulane Law School. 



 Attilio M. Costabel is a member of the Florida Bar and retired member of the Italian Bar.  He has a solo practice in Miami, FL, where he also teaches Admiralty Law, Marine Insurance, Boating and Cruising Law, International Business Transactions and Transnational Litigation at St. Thomas University School of Law.  At home also in Mexico, he is a member of the Instituto Ibero Americano de Derecho Maritimo (Mexican arm of the International Maritime Committee).
